- In what processing activity is my personal data included and for what purposes will it be processed?
Your personal data will be included in the treatment activity TOURIST ACTIVITY IN THE PLAZA DE TOROS DE LAS VENTAS.
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD), your data will be processed for the following purposes:
Management of tourist visits in the Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas and dissemination of its tourist activities among visitors.
- What is the legitimacy on which the legality of the treatment is based?
RGPD 6.1 b) the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures.
RGPD 6.1 e) the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the controller.

You can exercise, if you wish, the rights of access, rectification and deletion of data, as well as request that the processing of your personal data be limited, oppose it, request the portability of your data, as well as not being subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
According to Law 39/2015, the RGPD and Organic Law 3/2018, you can exercise your rights by Electronic Registration or Face-to-Face Registration or in the places and forms provided in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, preferably through the form of request “Exercise of rights regarding the protection of personal data”.

You have the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.
- How long will we keep your personal data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the following period:
Undetermined period. The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and the processing of the data.
