The tickets will be sent in PDF format to the email 1 week before the event. We recommend checking the spam folder of your email.
Sales commissions
Tickets are subject to a 10% sales commission which is added on the payment page.
Returns
Admission to the place and, if applicable, the refund of its amount in accordance with the legislation in force (Art. 70 RTA) is subject to having the official, complete, integral and unmanipulated ticket.
The deadline for the refund of the amount will begin from the moment of the announcement of the suspension, postponement or modification and will end 4 days after the date set for the celebration of the show or 1 hour before the beginning of the show in case of modification (Art. 70 RTA).
If the show is suspended for reasons not attributable to the company or due to bad weather, once the first bull has been brought out of the ring, the spectator shall not be entitled to any refund (Art. 70 RTA).
